Built on structure. Run on trust.
A London property management and compliance company built for owners who expect more from the people holding their keys — taking a more considered, accountable approach to managing the property, not simply the tasks that come with it.
Our Story
I started Fenlo after five years working in property management, including with some of the biggest agents in London.
I saw first-hand that good intentions alone aren't enough.
When teams are stretched across large portfolios, even the best property managers can struggle to give every property the attention it deserves.
The issue wasn't a lack of care. It was capacity.
Fenlo was created around a different structure — one built around accountability, consistency and ownership. An approach that gives us the time to properly understand and manage each property, rather than simply process what comes through the door.
Because premium property management isn't simply about responding when something goes wrong. It's about having the capacity to notice, anticipate and take ownership before it does.
How We're Different
One team. Complete oversight
Fenlo was designed around a simple principle: your property should have someone who knows it properly.
A single point of accountability, an in-house team and clear communication mean fewer handovers, fewer gaps and greater control over what happens next.
We work with a select group of landlords and investors who value discretion, responsiveness and a management partner who takes ownership rather than simply passing requests between people.
Our pricing is transparent, and routine operational tasks are included within the management service wherever they reasonably should be.
Accountability
One person who knows your property properly. Not a rotating cast of account managers, contractors and ticket numbers.
Deadlines, certificates, inspections and records are tracked systematically with a maintained clear evidence trail
What drives the way we work
Good management is often found in the things that don't make it onto a maintenance request.
Attention to Detail
Issues are acknowledged promptly and progress is communicated clearly. Landlords shouldn't have to chase their property manager for an update
Responsive Management
We don't simply respond to problems. During inspections and routine management, we look for early signs of leaks, mould, deterioration, plumbing issues and failing equipment — addressing them before they escalate.
A well-managed property should work for everyone and protects relationships
